Start your own vacation resort in Curacao? Waterside Apartments is situated at the Caribbean Sea in the old fisherman’s village St. Michiel - Boka Sami, better known as Boca Sami. This apartment complex has 7 apartments and a beachfront location! Well known dive school on the premises - a unique property to own!

Centrally located at Curacao’s South coast. Downtown Willemstad, the airport as well as Curacao’s most beautiful bays are no more than a 15 minute drive away. With a beach at your doorstep you can enjoy the sun, sea and the always beautiful sunset.

There are 7 unique apartments within the complex: Kangreeuw, Karko, Kiwa, Kokolishi, Koncha, Kreeft and the owners apartment. All apartments and studios feature a view of the sea, except for apartment ‘Kreeft’ which has a small garden. They are all fully furnished and have access to the free wifi.

On the ground floor there are 4 apartments all with 2 bedrooms. These apartments all consist of their own living room, kitchen and all have their own bathroom.

On the first floor there are 2 studio’s and the owners apartment. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is the biggest of all of the apartments within the complex. With a beautiful terrace overlooking the Caribbean ocean this apartment complex is situated on a very unique location. The complex is situated on a lot of 840 square meters (leased land).

The apartment complex offers their guests a relaxing place to stay on the island and has a diving business as well. With the public beach situated right next door you can be from your front door in the water in a minute!

St. Michiel - Boka Sami

St. Michiel, a cosy and quiet little fishermen’s village situated in a small bay. The sunny beach, also known as Boka Sami or Boca Sami, does not offer any shade but you will find a wooden pier, where the fishermen land their boats, and the well known diving school Wederfoort. The two restaurants serve straightforward but excellent fresh fish dishes and other tasty food. On 30 April and 1 May the annual Boca Sami Sailing contest takes place here.

Boca St. Michel beach is adjacent to a salt lake where you will be able to admire the flamingo. This non-touristic area is the starting point for many beautiful relaxing walks, hikes or mountain bike rides.

The pastel tinted houses are characteristic for St. Michiel Curacao a.k.a. Boka Sami Curacao. To reach St. Michiel you will have to drive through the residential area Curasol.

Julianadorp Curacao, with the Dutch schools Schroeder School (elementary school) and Vespucci College (secondary education (VMBO, Havo and VWO)), is just minutes away.

Boka St. Michiel beach is located between two known beaches Kokomo Beach and Blue Bay Beach. Unlike these to beaches Boka Sami is visited mainly by the local population.
